How long does a typical engagement last?
A strategic audit takes two to four weeks. Outsourced IT management typically lasts six to twelve months, with flexibility to adjust anytime.
Do you work entirely remotely?
Yes for most engagements. However, I prefer an in-person kickoff for larger projects.
What happens after the engagement?
I leave you autonomous. Documentation, team training, and I remain available for occasional questions.
Do you have experience in security and compliance?
Yes. I've obtained and maintained PCI DSS certification since 2023. I know audits from the inside: preparation, documentation, remediation, facing auditors. I can support you from A to Z.
